Moulton Park

Project details:
This is a partnership project where the Moulton Family donated part of the value of the property,
Jefferson County Parks & Recreation Commission contributed funds and will own the property and operate it as a park, the West Virginia Land Trust will hold the conservation easement to ensure the property is forever protected and the Chesapeake Conservancy helped coordinate the effort and cover the acquisition costs with funds from West Virginia Outdoor Heritage Conservation Fund and private donors.

With some development for parking and trails, it will become a wonderful destination for local use and tourism in Jefferson County!
