Board Member
Tom serves as the Senior Investment Officer of the West Virginia Investment Board. He is an advocate and frequent user of outdoor activities in the state parks and wildlife areas around WV, where he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and camping. Related to this, Tom has been a member of the Beech Fork State Park Foundation and is currently a coach in the WV Interscholastic Mountain Biking league where he helps promote a healthy lifestyle and love of the outdoors with the youth of this state. He also serves on the missions and ministries commission at his church.
