Trail Work — Morgantown — Toms Run Preserve
The Toms Run Preserve is an 320-acre preserve open to the public for hiking and nature study. Volunteer projects include improving extending trail networks, clearing invasive plants, planning educational programs, and conducting local history research. Trail Work — Charleston — Wallace Hartman Nature Preserve
The Wallace Hartman Nature Preserve is a 52-acre natural area located minutes from downtown Charleston, W. Va. Volunteer projects include improving parking and accessibility, clearing invasive species, maintaining and fortifying existing trails, extending trail networks, adding interpretive signs, and conducting local history research.
